MODEL 9162 ACCEPTS ONE 14 or 16 PIN
S.O.I.C. OR TWO 8-PIN SOICS

GENERAL PURPOSE SURFACE MOUNT BREADBOARD
| Similar to the 9161 in layout,
the 9162 provides an even larger area for peripheral components. These additional foil
areas may be modified to hold more devices, or used to distribute power. Two of the outer
foils are interconnected and a bypass capacitor can be mounted across adjoining foils if
they are used for power and ground. |
A range of device sizes can be accepted both in line and across foil lands.
Simple FOIL MODIFICATIONS add to the versatility of
Surfboards by adding new device mounting zones or changing the interconnect structure.
See
the HOW - TO page for additional hints and suggestions on using
Surfboards. |
The board accepts industry standard SOICs. Use for one 14 or 16 pin IC, or two 8
pin ICs.
Attach to ground plane for enhanced R.F. characteristics.
