By default, most standard products are now produced RoHS*compliant.
Identify RoHS compliant product by the term RoHS
compliant on the original packaging. This is the only
way to be certain of compliance as earlier non-compliant
lead bearing versions are difficult to distinguish
visually. The part numbers have not been changed.
Non-compliant legacy versions of products may be
available from the factory on a special order basis.
Distributor inventory may contain non-compliant items.
Always check to see if the RoHS item is shipped by
default or specify RoHS only when ordering when
compliance is mission critical.
