COMPONENT MOUNTING on STANDARD
ADAPTERS: Often times, one of our standard Surfboard adapters may be
used to produce circuits for upgrades and modifications on existing products, or to
accommodate a Surface Mount component in an existing design for through hole devices.
Capital can provide full mounting and soldering of your specified or supplied components
in both large or small volumes.
SIP and DIP PACKAGING: Many customers
have the capability to produce circuit substrates for their application, but not the
specialized capabilities to perform the final packaging. Capital can provide this
service on a contract basis. A number of manufacturing options are available for
Single-In-line and Dual-In-Line packaging ranging from Lead attachment to test, marking,
and coating.
